Product details
SFX 200 is a medium speed black and white camera film for creative photography. It has extended red sensitivity and is especially suited for use with a filter to create special effects. By using a deep red filter skies can be rendered almost black and most green vegetation almost white. Its unusual tonal rendition ensures interesting results for a range of subjects, including portraits, landscapes, townscapes and architecture.

Any yellow, orange or red filter may be used, but the effect will depend on its transmission characteristics. The redder the filter, the more dramatic the effect. Recommended filters are. Red 25A, Yellow 8, Yellow 12, Orange 21, Hoya R72, B+W 092, Lee 25, Lee 87/87C.

Film Storage
All films are stored under refrigerated conditions at The Panchrome Project (1 to 6°C).
Upon receiving your order, we recommend storing your film in a refrigerator until use. Before loading your camera, allow the film to reach room temperature to prevent condensation:
35mm Film: Rest for approximately 3 hours
120 Film: Rest for 6–7 hours or preferably overnight
